In order to ensure the safety of the company, and enhance the safety awareness of the employees, and the ability on
dealing with the emergence situation, safe evacuation, can use the fire extinguishers in the right way. On 1^st September, our center invites the fire brigade of Guan Shanhu District to show us the fire drill with the basic knowledge and skills on fire fighting. All departments of our center including the Security department are participate in this drill. So it has the closet connection with the real situation of the exhibition and conference service. 
       At 15:00, the black smoke starts to come our from the exhibition hall 2. The Operation Manager of the Exhibition Service Department calls the police, while arranges the work for the safe evacuation. When the evacuation broadcast sounds in the venue, the groups of the fire fighting, the first aid, the guidance, the security, the logistical support
arrive in the pointed location one after another with their duties, also they stimulate the rescue the injured. The whole process is well organized and prepared, has reach its prospective effects. After the fie drill, the chief leader of the security department calls staffs up, and proceed the practical fire fighting with the 4Kg dry power extinguisher. The leaders inspect and participate in the training. 

In the end of the drill, the chief leader makes a conclusion that with the closet cooperation between the fire brigade of  Guan Shanhu District and all staffs, the fire drill is well-organized with the clean order so that all works including the first aid, the safe evacuation,the  logistical support and the fire fighting are successfully performed. This drill
gives us an impressive and vivid lesson in which the safety awareness of the  staff has been enhanced and well-learned.
